TREAT YOUR SWEET-HEART WELL

Heart-Healthy Quizzes go live on Community Garden’s website –
Just in Time for Valentine’s Day

(Troy, New York) – Capital District Community Gardens will launch Heart-Healthy quizzes on its website (www.cdcg.org) on Monday, Feb. 13 – just in time for Valentine’s Day and American Heart Month.

The month of February is a great time to see how your current health choices stack up and to get some new ideas to help improve your health today. The quizzes, supported by a grant from the New York State Healthy Heart Program, contain information on eating well, managing stress, and being active for a healthy heart.

Amy Klein, Executive Director of Capital District Community Gardens, will be available for interviews and live quiz demonstration from 9 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, February 13, at CDCG’s offices, 40 River Street, Troy.

For more information about Capital District Community Gardens or its Healthy Heart Initiative, call (518) 274-8685 or visit www.cdcg.org.
